  • Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if needed.

  • After approval, you can return the item to our warehouse at your own cost.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item or damage), we will cover the return shipping.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or bank transfer.
